When he had to move apartments, he tasted all of them in a single week to decide which to keep. That accidental palate education convinced him he could make something better.
He launched Soothsayer via Kickstarter in 2015, raising $8,146 from 127 backers — 260% above his goal. Every sauce is a collaboration with a band, restaurant, or local Chicago business, with unique artwork by a different artist on each label. All-natural, vegan, preservative-free, no added sugar.
